- Bonarka City Center, the Hungarian majority owned TriGranit’s latest development was awarded again by property professionals. The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of the Real Estate Retail Development of the Year 2009, one of the most prestigious real estate recognitions in Europe.

- Arena Centar Works Ahead of Schedule
- A delegation of the TriGranit shareholders and executive management visited Zagreb today to inspect the progress in the building of “Arena Centar”, which will open its doors to visitors at the end of this year. Representing the only larger shopping-entertainment centre to open in Croatia this year, Arena Centar is valued at 244 million euro, covers 175,000 square meters and will offer 60,000 square meters of retail space. The TriGranit delegation, comprising of 19 members, some of which visited Zagreb for the first time, was led by Messrs. Sándor Demján and Peter Munk.

- TriGranit wins the two major regional awards
- Bonarka City Center, the Hungarian majority owned TriGranit’s latest development was awarded by the property professionals. The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of one of the most prestigious real estate competitions in Europe, the CEE Real Estate Awards, in two main categories: the most important Project of the Year 2009 and Shopping Center (mega) of the Year 2009.
City Center
The city centers are the flagships of TriGranit’s developments. With these investments, TriGranit creates projects which leave a lasting impression on a city’s legacy. These developments, spread out over several hundred thousand square metres, harmoniously unite the different functions of the business district, including residential, cultural and shopping mall components. With our developments we create value and new downtowns.
The main considerations for our site selection are the prominence of location, good supporting infrastructure, and the multifunctional development possibility. Through the design we take the needs of the location and the expectation of the inhabitants into the highest consideration.
TriGranit’s first city center model was the WestEnd City Center in Budapest, which includes a shopping mall, a hotel and an office building. Another good example of the city center prototype is the Millennium City Center located in the heart of Budapest. With the “city in the city” real estate development concept we created a cultural, business and residential district on the Pest side bank of the Danube with a unique atmosphere. Next to the high quality office and residential buildings, here in the Millennium City Center can be found Europe’s most modern cultural institute, the Palace of Arts, and the National Theater.
