Emonika City Center, Ljubljana

The heart of the city

TriGranit develops the largest real etate project in Slovenia and create a new meeting place for the people of Ljubljana, the Emonika City Center. The project is located around the main railway station which is the busiest area concerning public transportation and traffic. The construction commenced in March 2012 and the completion is planned for the end of 2014.

Emonika City Center will serve as a living connection above and under the railway tracks that has divided the city for centuries. A new bus station and an underground railway station hall will serve the needs of the passengers. The perfect combination of a landmark office tower, a shopping and entertainment center, a business hotel and an apartment tower provides the city with the best place to meet, to live, to work and to be entertained.
