Millennium Tower I, Budapest

This prestigious glass complex is situated in the heart of the Millennium City Center, Budapest’s most rapidly expanding development zone, along the southern Danube riverbank between the Petôfi and Lágymányosi bridges. The address not only features the proximity and easy access to Budapest downtown, but also one of the most fascinating views of the Danube and the surrounding Buda hills.

The office building provides over 18,000 m2 of leasable Class ‘A’ space over seven floors with efficient floor plates of 2,500 m2 and has been chosen by Vodafone and other prestigious tenants like Morgan Stanley, Lufthansa, Boehringer and Provident as their new Hungarian headquarter. The building features include high-speed elevators, state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems as well as ample secured underground parking within the building.
