Listing the largest European retail developers in its latest issue, PropertyEU magazine ranked the Budapest-based TriGranit the 3rd largest retail developer in Europe (based on the retail projects under construction or in development, with a total volume of at least 20,000m2 at the end of 2009).

Bonarka City Center, the Hungarian majority owned TriGranit’s latest development was awarded again by property professionals. The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of the Real Estate Retail Development of the Year 2009, one of the most prestigious real estate recognitions in Europe.

Arena Centar Works Ahead of Schedule
A delegation of the TriGranit shareholders and executive management visited Zagreb today to inspect the progress in the building of “Arena Centar”, which will open its doors to visitors at the end of this year. Representing the only larger shopping-entertainment centre to open in Croatia this year, Arena Centar is valued at 244 million euro, covers 175,000 square meters and will offer 60,000 square meters of retail space. The TriGranit delegation, comprising of 19 members, some of which visited Zagreb for the first time, was led by Messrs. Sándor Demján and Peter Munk.

TriGranit wins the two major regional awards
Bonarka City Center, the Hungarian majority owned TriGranit’s latest development was awarded by the property professionals. The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of one of the most prestigious real estate competitions in Europe, the CEE Real Estate Awards, in two main categories: the most important Project of the Year 2009 and Shopping Center (mega) of the Year 2009.

Esplanada City Center, Bucharest

The Esplanada Project aims the functional conversion of the site bordered by Unirii Avenue, Nerva Traian Street, Octavian Goga Avenue and Mircea Voda Avenue, on a surface of 107,140 m2 and with a
direct investment of 1 billion Euro and with a related investment of 2 to 3 billion Euro.

POZNAN NEW TRANSPORTATION & SHOPPING COMPLEX

TriGranit and Polish Public Railways signed agreement for the development of Poznan new transportation complex. It will consist of a railway, a fast train, and a bus station with a park & drive facility for some 1500 cars. The beginning of the construction of the 160 million Euro investment is scheduled for early next year. The first phase of the hub with a large retail center is to be opened in 2012.

Millennium City Center, Budapest

Mozaica Shopping and Entertainment Centre, Moscow

TriGranit has entered the promising Moscow commercial real estate market by announcing its huge Mozaika Shopping Center development in April 2008.

Emonika City Center, Ljubljana

TriGranit develops the largest real estate project in Slovenia and create a new meeting place for the people of Ljubljana, the Emonika City Center. The project is located around the main railway station which is the busiest area concerning public transportation and traffic.

Millennium Gate, Budapest

Parallel to the existing Millennium Tower buildings we are commencing the construction works of a new office building, the Millennium Gate on the neighbouring plot.

Arena Centar

This project is located close to the city center, next to the river Sava, which divides the historic center from the new part of town.
