TriGranit Sets High Standards in Sustainable Development with Millennium Buildings K & H

Budapest, April 12, 2013 - TriGranit Development Corporation has been pioneering the Hungarian and Central-Eastern European environmentally conscious thinking of the natural and built environment since its establishment in 1997. Working together with K&H Group on its new HQs in Budapest, both parties were keen on meeting the LEED certification criteria. As a result of this hand-in-hand cooperation, the HQs H building in the Budapest Millennium City Center was awarded the LEED for Core & Shell Certificate. Recognizing the quality and professionalism in constructing these new bank buildings, the HQs’ K and H buildings were awarded the Construction Award of Excellence Plaque by the professional bodies of the Hungarian architectural and construction industry.

TriGranit Group has Conquered Another New Market

11 February 2013, Budapest. TriGranit Group concluded an agreement today with their Slovenian partner, ERA Holding, with regard to a large-scale co-operation in Skopje. By entering the Republic of Macedonia market, TriGranit Group is now present in 10 countries. The agreement covers the provision of real estate development, property management and leasing services.

TriGranit Development Corporation and People’s Government of Putian City, Fujian Province, Southeast China signed a Letter of Intent on development and construction of a large urban center and a leisure complex.

New Poznań Główny train station, developed by TriGranit Holding and Europa Fund III, officially opened by President Bronisław Komorowski of Poland

29 May, 2012.

After only ten months of construction, the new 6,000 m2 Poznań Główny train station was officially inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Poland, Bronisław Komorowski, who also earned the distinction of becoming the first passenger to use the new facilities.

Financial Times recognizes TriGranit as The Property Developer of the Year 2011in Central-Eastern Europe

TriGranit has been awarded the Developer of the Year by the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards [CEEQA], organized by CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times. This CEEQA’s coverage extends across 18 countries in Central and Southeast Europe recognizing business excellence and showcasing the achievements of the sector to the international investment arena. The awards are judged by a jury panel of senior representatives of market leading companies supervised by globally respected consulting firm Deloitte. The CEEQA Jury decides the winners through a rigorous assessment and scoring of more than 300 entries from across the sector.

Groundbreaking Ceremony of TriGranit’s Quarter-Billion Euro Investment

TriGranit has secured financing for its largest Polish project, the 250-million Euro - including tenants’ investment - Integrated Transport Center in Poznań, Poland. The new center, a modern and elegant new construction, to be built adjacent to the existing PKP Poznań Główny railway station, will incorporate a new PKP railway station, PKS bus station, and a shopping center.

TRIGRANIT TEAMS WITH HEITMAN ON BUDAPEST’S MILLENNIUM PORTFOLIO

20 December, 2011.

TriGranit announced the formation of a joint venture partnership with Heitman European Property Partners IV (HEPP IV) to own and operate four Class A office properties in Budapest, Hungary totaling approximately 70,000 square meters. Known collectively as The Millennium Portfolio, the properties were developed by TriGranit, who will also serve as asset manager to the four properties. Heitman will take a 74 percent interest in the joint venture valued close to 45 billion HUF.
