The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of the Real Estate Retail Development of the Year 2009, one of the most prestigious real estate recognitions in Europe.

- Arena Centar Works Ahead of Schedule
- A delegation of the TriGranit shareholders and executive management visited Zagreb today to inspect the progress in the building of “Arena Centar”, which will open its doors to visitors at the end of this year. Representing the only larger shopping-entertainment centre to open in Croatia this year, Arena Centar is valued at 244 million euro, covers 175,000 square meters and will offer 60,000 square meters of retail space. The TriGranit delegation, comprising of 19 members, some of which visited Zagreb for the first time, was led by Messrs. Sándor Demján and Peter Munk.

The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of one of the most prestigious real estate competitions in Europe, the CEE Real Estate Awards, in two main categories: the most important Project of the Year 2009 and Shopping Center (mega) of the Year 2009.

TriGranit receives two CNBC Europe Property Awards 2008

September 30, 2008 Budapest Representatives of TriGranit Development Corporation accepted the Best Development in Hungary and Poland Awards at the Gala Ceremony of CNBC Europe & Africa Property Awards 2008 held on Saturday in London. Receiving the international recognition, the Duna-Pest Residences in Budapest and the Oak Terraces in Katowice are proud to be successful developments of TriGranit.In Hungary, the Duna-Pest Residences are part of TriGranit’s Millennium City Center development in Budapest and include more than 300 luxury apartments ranging in size from 30 to 240 m2. “Due to their ideal location on the east bank of the Danube, these exceptional condominiums enjoy a complete panoramic view of Buda, including Gellért Hill, the Buda Castle and the Buda Hills” – explained Imre Gazdag, senior engineer, TriGranit.
In Poland, the Oak Terraces development in Katowice features a cascading design that combines high-rise residences with smaller, villa-style buildings. This allows for spacious terraces and balconies and softens the high density to create an attractive and innovative design. “The villa-style buildings allow for market differentiation by attracting exclusive customers desiring more space and privacy. The proximity to public transit, recreational parks, public amenities and TriGranit’s retail center makes it an ideal location for a mid-level residential development” – said Rafał Paszkiewicz project manager of Oak Terraces.“The fact that TriGranit Development Company earned these highly acclaimed awards is proof that our high-quality developments in Hungary and Poland can not only compete but triumph within the highly competitive European property arena” - commented the award Sándor Demján, TriGranit chairman.
