The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of the Real Estate Retail Development of the Year 2009, one of the most prestigious real estate recognitions in Europe.

Arena Centar Works Ahead of Schedule

A delegation of the TriGranit shareholders and executive management visited Zagreb today to inspect the progress in the building of “Arena Centar”, which will open its doors to visitors at the end of this year. Representing the only larger shopping-entertainment centre to open in Croatia this year, Arena Centar is valued at 244 million euro, covers 175,000 square meters and will offer 60,000 square meters of retail space. The TriGranit delegation, comprising of 19 members, some of which visited Zagreb for the first time, was led by Messrs. Sándor Demján and Peter Munk.

The largest urban center in southern Poland became the laureate of one of the most prestigious real estate competitions in Europe, the CEE Real Estate Awards, in two main categories: the most important Project of the Year 2009 and Shopping Center (mega) of the Year 2009.

The Foundation Stone of K&H’s New Head Office has Been Laid

08 February, 2010.

The construction of K&H’s new head office has reached a new milestone today with the laying of the building complex’s foundation stone. The opening of the two adjacent buildings, situated in the Millennium City Centre, is scheduled by the end of 2011, offering a modern working environment to K&H Group’s approximately 2 500 employees, in line with modern requirements. The building complex is being developed by TriGranit Development Corporation.

Bonarka City Center opens new doors to Krakow

21 November, 2009.

Bonarka City Center, the largest urban center in southern Poland opens its first phase: the shopping and entertainment center. The multi-functional urban center is being built on around 19 hectares of post-industrial land in the Podgórze district of Krakow. Land reclamation of this area was one of the largest undertakings of its kind in Poland. Bonarka City Center is being completed in 3 stages. In the first stage a shopping and entertainment center with 270 shops, 20 cinema auditoriums, some 30 restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlors and a two-level parking lot with 3,200 spaces has been built. The second and third stages will include four high-class office buildings and a residential housing estate. The total value of the investment is approximately €500 million.

Arena Centar, TriGranit’s shopping-entertainment centre currently being built in Zagreb’s Lanište district next to the multifunctional Arena Zagreb, is receiving its contours with works on schedule. Since the start of construction in July this year and by the end of October, 25% percent of the entire works have been completed. Arena Centar, representing the only larger shopping centre to open its doors to visitors in Croatia in 2010, is valued at 244 million euro, covers 175,000 square metres and will offer 60,000 square metres of retail space.
