The Central and Eastern European Retail Real Estate Awards is founded by EuropaProperty, a leading commercial real estate media firm and organizers of high-impact events and conferences throughout the region. Leading firms and individuals within the dynamic retail real estate markets of the region can nominate for the following categories:
Project of the Year, Company of the Year, Retailer of the Year, Overall Project of the Year, Overall Company of the Year, Overall Retailer of the Year, Overall Professional of the Year.
The award recipients are chosen the evening before the awards gala by a group of active commercial real estate professionals with vast market experience. The more than 70 judges selects the winners foer each category from more than 400 nominated companies and projects.

TriGranit Development Corporation is delighted to announce that it has won two prizes in the fourth annual CiJ Awards Hungary, presented recently at a gala event in Budapest. TriGranit was the winner in the category for Best Developer and the Millennium City Center in Budapest was awarded the prize for Best Development.

TriGranit was honoured at the 3rd Edition of the Business Review Annual Investment Awards in its Real Estate Investment of the Year Category for Polus Center Cluj. The Real Estate Investment of the Year Award is honouring TriGranit and comes as recognition of its efforts in the Romanian market.

TriGranit won in two categories: The "Best Retail Developer in the CEE" Award received for the WestEnd City Center and the "Best Hotel Developer in the CEE" Award for the Hilton Budapest WestEnd.

The Palace of Arts situated in the Millennium City Center was awarded the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence, Best Cultural Building of the year 2006. The Palace of Arts is 70 thousand square metres situated at the Pest foot of the Lágymányosi Bridge which had the opening ceremony on the 14th of March 2005, was achieved in a PPP - Public Private Partnership, i.e. in the cooperation of the business sector and the state creating a precedent for this in the whole region.2006

The "MAXI" Award is the Marketing Award of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). "The construction site of West End City Center, which is scheduled to open in November, dominates Budapest's skyline with 15 towering cranes... On December 20th, a beautifully snowy evening, the world-renowned Budapest Symphony Orchestra presented an on-site performance of Brahms. Along with a dazzling light show, the 15 construction cranes' movements were synchronized to the music..."
