TriGranit has been awarded the Developer of the Year by the CEE Real Estate Quality Awards [CEEQA], organized by CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times. This CEEQA’s coverage extends across 18 countries in Central and Southeast Europe recognizing business excellence and showcasing the achievements of the sector to the international investment arena. The awards are judged by a jury panel of senior representatives of market leading companies supervised by globally respected consulting firm Deloitte. The CEEQA Jury decides the winners through a rigorous assessment and scoring of more than 300 entries from across the sector.

At the 2011 CIJ Real Estate Awards Hungary Gala Árpád Török, TriGranit CEO was awarded with the prestigious Industry Leadership Award.

The award - presented at the Central & Eastern European Construction & Investment Journal (CiJ) Gala – underlines the success of the long-term strategic corporate philosophy.
The recognition confirms our successful business strategy: TriGranit opened and launched new projects in the region while other companies could not develop further ones or went bankrupt. The accumulated distribution to our shareholders is expected to be more than €70 million in 2011.

Budapest, December 1, 2011 TriGranit has been awarded two awards at EuropaProperty CEE Green Building Awards presentation. The celebration took place in Warsaw on November 30th at the Marriott Hotel. The company-developed K&H Group Headquarters in Budapest, Hungary and the Emonika City Center – to be built next year - in Ljubljana, Slovenia won the prestigious Green Building Award recognition. EuropaProperty’s award represents the opinions of real estate developers, advisors, financial institutions, investors and corporate end-users worldwide.
The Green Building Awards presentation featured past, present and future projects in the pipeline, which have been recognized as confirmed sustainable developments. Organized by The Association of Green Building Professionals (Central & Eastern Europe), the awards were given out by the speakers and panelists from the EuropaProperty Occupier Forum & Investment Market Conference. The award winners are developers and property owners with properties and projects that have achieved a rating from BREEAM or LEED or are in the design pre-approved stages.
‘Obtaining the Gold LEED Certification for the K&H HQs positioned TriGranit as the first developer on the Hungarian real estate market to hold such certification. Overall awards. Euromoney magazine’s seventh annual Real Estate Survey
canvassed the opinions of real estate developers, advisors, financial
institutions, investors and corporate end-users worldwide. The Seventh Annual
Euromoney Real Estate Poll, which highlighted some of the best and most
accomplished companies, projects and professionals of 2010, gave Europe reasons
to cheer by giving away impressive awards. The awards recognized some of the
top-performing firms and professionals operating in the real estate business.
In this competition TriGranit Development Corporation was chosen the best

The Palace of Arts situated in the Millennium City Center was awarded the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence, Best Cultural Building of the year 2006. The Palace of Arts is 70 thousand square metres situated at the Pest foot of the Lágymányosi Bridge which had the opening ceremony on the 14th of March 2005, was achieved in a PPP - Public Private Partnership, i.e. in the cooperation of the business sector and the state creating a precedent for this in the whole region.

"The construction site of West End City Center, which is scheduled to open in November, dominates Budapest's skyline with 15 towering cranes... On December 20th, a beautifully snowy evening, the world-renowned Budapest Symphony Orchestra presented an on-site performance of Brahms. Along with a dazzling light show, the 15 construction cranes' movements were synchronized to the music..."
